Demand Accelerator Terms of Service

1. Overview and Approach

This Annex outlines the alignment of scope, requirements, services, and deliverables to be provided by Demand Science US, LLC (“DemandScience”) as part of the Demand Accelerator offering.

2. DemandScience Statement of Work

The services described below are expressly contingent upon Customer’s purchase of Demand Accelerator (the “Offering”) as identified in the applicable Order Form (“Order Form”) between DemandScience and Customer. If Customer does not purchase the specified Offering, DemandScience shall not be obligated to provide the services outlined herein.

2.1 Services

Under this SOW, DemandScience will undertake the following services as outlined below:

• Buyer Intel Report (BIR) & Briefing
• Ionic Visitor ID (VID) & Workshop
• Transform Workshop
• Strategic Roadmap

The nature and scope of these activities may be adjusted upon mutual written agreement.

2.1.1 Deliverable Materials:

• BIR report will be provided to the customer in pdf or ppt format following the briefing session
• VID Report will be delivered to the customer in pdf or ppt format following the VID delivery session
• The multiple strategic components of the Transform Workshop will be consolidated into a pdf or ppt format and delivered following the workshop
• The Strategic Roadmap will be delivered as a pdf following the strategic discussions associated with BIR Briefing, VID Workshop, and Transform Workshop

• Key Assumptions:

The requirements outlined in this SOW will not change during the term of this service. Deliverables are considered complete upon delivery via email, secure portal, or online session, as applicable.

• Customer Responsibilities

The delivery of the services outlined in this SOW are dependent upon specific customer feedback and input. The customer will be responsible for the following:

• BIR Delivery:
  • Providing most valuable keywords and list of competitors
  • Timely and active participation in BIR Briefing session
• VID Delivery:
  • Placement of the DemandScience VID tag on the customer’s website
  • Providing a TAL, ICP definition, and key conversion points
  • Timely and active participation in VID Workshop
• Transform Workshop
  • Completion of the Data Questionnaire
  • Completion of the Lifecycle Questionnaire
  • Collaborative participation in the 2-3 hour workshop
