Working with DemandScience: Fit, Pricing, and Getting Started

Do we need an ABM platform to work with DemandScience?

No — and this is one of the most common misconceptions about how we work.

DemandScience is not an add-on to an ABM platform. We’re an alternative operating model for teams that want the outcomes ABM platforms promise — coordinated account engagement, verified buying signals, multi-channel activation — without the platform overhead.

If you already have an ABM platform, DemandScience can work alongside it. We can execute against your existing target account lists, feed signals and performance data back into your MAP and CRM, and complement your in-house campaigns with managed execution across channels your team doesn’t have the bandwidth to run.

If you don’t have an ABM platform, you don’t need to get one to work with DemandScience. We bring the audience intelligence, account prioritization, and multi-channel activation capability that an ABM platform would theoretically provide — as a managed service rather than a tool your team operates.

Yes. DemandScience is designed to orchestrate across your existing stack, not replace it.

We have standard integrations with the platforms most enterprise B2B teams already use: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and the major CRM and MAP platforms. Campaign performance data flows back into your existing systems, so pipeline attribution is visible in the tools your leadership team already uses — not siloed in a separate reporting environment.

For ABM and intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora), we can either complement them by running execution against their account lists, or we can replace the function they serve if your team decides the platform overhead isn’t justified by the outcomes.

The goal is that DemandScience improves the performance of your existing investments — not that you rip and replace what’s working to make room for us.

Most DemandScience programs go live within days of contract execution — not weeks or months.

The speed advantage comes from the managed service model. We don’t require you to complete a platform implementation, configure integrations, train your team, or build campaigns from scratch. Our team does that work. By the time you sign, we’re already preparing audience definitions, activation sequences, and reporting setup.

The typical launch sequence:

  • Day 1–3: ICP and target account list review, channel mix alignment
  • Day 3–7: Audience build, creative brief, program configuration
  • Day 7–14: Program live across all channels, initial leads entering CRM
  • Day 30: First performance review, optimization recommendations

Compare this to the typical ABM platform onboarding timeline (2–4 months for full deployment) and the difference is significant — particularly for teams with active pipeline targets.

Results vary by program type, ICP, and baseline, but across our customer base we consistently see three categories of improvement:

Pipeline generation: Customers running coordinated multi-channel programs (content syndication + display + email + SDR activation) typically see meaningfully higher pipeline velocity than those running any single channel in isolation. The coordination effect compounds: accounts that see coordinated outreach across channels convert at higher rates than accounts reached through a single touchpoint.

Lead quality improvement: Customers moving from broad-market content syndication to DemandScience’s HQL+ qualification consistently see a reduction in leads that stall at MQL — the contacts entering the pipeline are more qualified, better fit, and more likely to progress to opportunity.

Cost efficiency: Because DemandScience’s model doesn’t include platform subscription fees layered on top of media spend, customers frequently find that the total cost of a DemandScience program — including managed services — is comparable to or lower than the combined cost of running separate intent, display, and syndication programs through point solutions, even before accounting for the reduced internal overhead.

The fastest path is a pipeline audit — a focused conversation (typically 45 minutes) where your DemandScience team reviews your current channel mix, target account list, and pipeline gaps, and comes back with a specific program recommendation.

No RFP required. No lengthy procurement process. The pipeline audit is designed to give you a concrete answer to “what would a DemandScience program look like for us, and what would it cost?” before you commit to anything.
